Podcasting

I'm thinking of starting up a few podcasts. Wondering if anyone would be able to help me out, just with some info. Best programs to use to upload it etc?

I have a mic that create's WAV files. Can you upload those? I am so computarded.

    Microphone into laptop - audacity or soundforge. Then something to edit it together like acid pro. I've got all the above.

    laptop has an inbuilt mic, . i just need to know how to upload it? you know how to do that?
